Dusit Central Park

Bangkok’s newest lifestyle mall by Lumphini Park with rooftop sky park, 550 brands, strong dining and direct BTS/MRT links.

Dusit Central Park’s Central Park shopping centre is Bangkok’s newest downtown mall, sitting at the Sala Daeng intersection where Silom Road meets Rama IV, directly beside Lumphini Park. It is part of a larger mixed-use project with a new Dusit Thani hotel, residences and offices, all built around an eight-storey retail podium topped by a rooftop park.

Inside, you get a very current line-up: more than 550 Thai and international brands, big dining zones and park-facing terraces, plus a design that constantly pulls your eye towards greenery and the skyline.

A new landmark by Lumphini Park

Central Park is designed as a bridge between city and park – glass façades and rooftop gardens face Lumphini, while covered walkways link straight into BTS Sala Daeng and MRT Silom, so you arrive completely under cover.

The retail podium rises over several levels with open atriums and long, photogenic escalators criss-crossing the central void, which has already become one of the most photographed spots in the new mall. Above it all sits Dusit Arun Sky Park: a multi-level rooftop garden that looks over both the retail floors and the tree canopy of Lumphini.

Fashion, lifestyle & “first-in-Thailand” names

The mall’s seven retail levels combine flagship fashion and sport lifestyle stores with high-end lifestyle brands and more accessible labels. Part of the concept is to bring in “first-time in Thailand” brands and limited-edition concepts, so the mix feels fresher than in the long-established malls.

Beyond fashion, you’ll find tech and gadget stores, home and design, beauty, wellness and everyday urban essentials – enough to treat it as your main mall if you are staying in Silom or Sathorn.

Parkside Market, restaurants & food

Food is a major focus here. At the base of the complex sits Parkside Market, a hall that mixes restaurants from the Michelin Guide with stalls representing around 70 well-known Thai street food vendors, plus more casual spots for quick meals.

Higher levels add cafés, dessert bars and restaurant terraces that look towards Lumphini and the city skyline, making it easy to turn a visit into a longer lunch or dinner with a view.

Dusit Arun Sky Park

On top of the retail podium, Dusit Arun Sky Park is a large rooftop garden of around seven rai, with walking paths, lawns, seating areas, viewpoints and an amphitheatre used for small events and performances.

It feels partly like an extension of Lumphini Park and partly like a new vantage point for the city, especially around sunset when the towers of Silom and Sathorn start to light up.
