EmQuartier

Layered glass mall in the Em District with fashion, beauty, Helix Dining, sky garden views and a direct link to BTS Phrom Phong.

EmQuartier anchors the Em District at BTS Phrom Phong, directly opposite Emporium and just steps from Benchasiri Park. Glass façades, layered volumes and open terraces give it a bright, contemporary feel – more like a vertical city block than a simple box mall.

Inside, the mix runs from luxury labels to high-street names, topped with a spiral of restaurants and a sky garden that lets you step out into real air between shops and cinema.

Glass, gardens & the Em District setting

EmQuartier is one of three malls in the Em District, alongside Emporium and Emsphere, sharing one Sukhumvit-side cluster around Phrom Phong. Bridges and walkways connect the buildings and lead straight into Benchasiri Park, so it’s easy to combine shopping with a quick park break or an evening stroll.

Architecturally, the complex is split into Helix Quartier, Waterfall Quartier and Glass Quartier – each with its own look, from open-air terraces and a five-storey waterfall to clean, glass-lined galleries.

What to shop here

Fashion & beauty mix

EmQuartier blends international luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Prada with more accessible names on the upper levels – Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, Muji and similar anchors have dedicated zones or floors. Beauty, fragrance and skincare lines sit along the main corridors, so you can do a full wardrobe + beauty refresh without leaving the building.

Lifestyle, home & cinema

Lifestyle floors add homeware, design and tech, including chains like Zara Home and premium gadget / accessory stores. On the upper levels, an eight-screen cinema complex with IMAX turns the mall into an easy day-to-night choice: shopping, dinner and a late film without ever crossing the road.

Helix Dining & sky garden

Helix Dining

One of EmQuartier’s biggest draws is Helix Dining – a spiral of restaurants and cafés that winds from about the 6th to the 9th floor with city views along the way. You follow a gently sloping ramp past Thai, Japanese, seafood, steak, fusion and dessert spots; some venues feel like destination restaurants, others are relaxed, mid-range places that work for quick meals.

Sky garden & waterfall

Higher up, a sky garden and open terraces offer greenery, seating and skyline glimpses, while the Waterfall Quartiersection features a dramatic multi-storey waterfall and a short pedestrian street for al fresco café stops. It’s one of the nicer spots in Sukhumvit when you want air, but don’t want to leave the mall environment completely.
